Hampstead +

Part demolition and large sympathetic brickwork extension to create a substantial six bedroom, four bathroom family home in Hampstead. A modern glazed extension with copper roof was added to the rear of the property and a new piled basement scheme introduced to create separate living quarters on the lower level. The interior was completely refurbished and now boasts 4-5 state of the art reception rooms, a Poggenpohl kitchen/dining room with fitted Gaggenau appliances and spacious bedrooms serviced by designer en-suite bathrooms. A large Portland stone patio was created off the extension at the rear, leading onto landscaped gardens complete with a feature sun deck and soft play area.
